Apply for a UK Provider Reference Number (UKPRN) for your organisation

You can use this service to apply for a UKPRN and register your organisation on the UK Register of Learning Providers (UKRLP).

The UKRLP is a list of organisations that provide educational services in the UK.

Applying for a UKPRN is free and usually takes around 10 minutes.

Before you start

You will need to enter your organisation's reference numbers for any company or education provider registers it appears on. This may include the following (links open in a new tab):

• Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) reference
• Companies House registration number
• Charity Commission number
• Unique Reference Number (for schools and colleges)
• Independent Schools Council (ISC) reference number
• Seed code (for Scottish schools and colleges)
• Northern Ireland Department for Education institution reference number

If your organisation does not have any of these reference numbers, you will need to provide additional details in your application, including proof of your home address if you're a sole trader.
